Welcoming staff left a good impression on us. the bedroom was cozy and we appreciated having an electric kettle, fridge, and glassware handy. our stay was quite pleasant and comfortable. 😊.

Everything was wonderful, incredible location close to the overcrowded touristic area, Roma Termini and so many restaurants and easy access to the tourist attractions and Roma Termini, very kind staff.

The location of this place is incredible, right by the train station and the city center, and we had a nice experience staying here with a room that had a bath.

The location was perfect and incredible, within easy walking distance of the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. the staff was superbly friendly and efficient, just as I expected. the room was clean and incredible, featured an electric kettle, climate control, and an individual safe.

The comfy bed and clean room were the best aspects of our stay. Located just a short walk from the city's transport hub made getting around a breeze. Plus, the 24-hour coffee availability was a cherry on top.

Our experience was spoiled by the small size of the double bed. It made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience.

The host, Carlos, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and even check-out late. He truly made us feel at home. The breakfast provided was also a highlight, with a variety of options and flexible serving hours. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Had a great Christmas time at this hotel. the breakfast was amazing, with a variety of foods to choose from, including a fantastic hot chocolate drink. the location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and shops. the staff was incredibly helpful, offering excellent recommendations for things to do in the area.

The room seemed smaller than expected, and the shower was a bit cramped. the bed was not that comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

the hotel is situated in a great location, close to the city center but away from the tourist crowds. the bathroom and room were always immaculate and had everything we needed. the breakfast was tasty and they offered a good variety of options.
